• Certification: SVQ/NVQ Diploma in Formwork

• CSCS Card: Eligible for Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card upon completion and valid HS&E test

Qualification Structure

Mandatory Units – Complete all

1. Fabricating and maintaining timber and proprietary formwork systems in the workplace

2. Erecting and striking timber and proprietary formwork in the workplace

3. Conforming to general health, safety and welfare in the workplace

4. Conforming to productive working practices in the workplace

5. Moving, handling and storing resources in the workplace

Additional Units – Optional

• Preparing and operating scissor-type mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP)

• Preparing and operating boom-type mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP)

• Preparing and operating mast climber-type MEWP

• Slinging and signalling the movement of loads – secondary role
