The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Fenestration Installation provides a specialised assessment of the installation and maintenance of windows, doors, and other fenestration products. Candidates will develop skills in evaluating site conditions, measuring openings, fitting and sealing frames, and ensuring proper functionality and weatherproofing of fenestration systems.
This qualification emphasises precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, equipping learners to work across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Upon completion, participants will have the expertise to contribute effectively to the construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and structures in various sectors.
To attain the qualification, candidates must complete 9 units in total. This comprises of 4 mandatory units and selection of 5 optional units:
